RETURNS POLICY
You may return products purchased from Us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within seven (7) working days from receiving the products purchased on paolocoppolella.com.
To return products we invite you to contact info@paolocoppolella.com before shipping your return package to us.
It is necessary to return the items to paolocoppolella.com by giving them back to the courier within seven (7) working days from the date on which the items are delivered to you.

ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING CART
You can browse the different contents of the online store, and click on "add to card", doing so you items will add to your shopping cart, and the number of stored items will be visible on the menu next to the word "shop". Clicking on the cart picture you will be directed to your shopping cart, where are listed the chosen objects. You can keep adding items to your cart.
Some items have a drop down window to choose the correct size for you, in the list you will see the available sizes.

DELETE ITEMS FROM THE SHOPPING CART
To remove items from your basket, simply click on the shopping cart icon.
to see the item's list and right click on the "delete item" button.
To remove all products from the list click on the "delete all" button.

SELECT DELIVERY AREA

DELIVERY TIME

DELIVERY FORM AND PAYMENT

DELIVERY FORM
The shipping information must be correct and updated, otherwise we may not be alble to delivery your package. If you need an invoice click on the Business Option in Personal Details and fill in the tax information we require.

PAYMENT
Once the personal information form is correctly completed, you can proceed to the payment by pressing the "purchase" button, that will redirect you to the Paypal page where you can choose either to pay with your credit card or with your paypal account.
If you don't complete the purchase on the Paypal page, the purchase will not be considered valid.

CANCELLATION
You have 24 hours to cancel your order without charge, by sending an email to info@paolocoppolella.com togheter with your personal details and the reference code.
